  • The first step in the process is a mutual meeting to understand what our clients vision is for their home.
  • Second we help to create a rough floor plan that our clients and Architect can go off on to develop plans and elevations. This may take more than one meeting – all depending on changes made after each draft.
  • Our next step is to submit all the drawings to the bank or mortgage company and all governing entities that require them for permits. This will help our customers obtain a construction loan that is suitable to their needs.
